What time can we arrive from?
The Barn will be fully cleaned and ready for your arrival any time to suit you after 4 pm unless you have paid for early check-in at 2 pm.
Check out time is 10am or before.
Is the garden and field safe for my dogs ? / is my dog welcome?
The decking area is enclosed by a 6 foot fence and gate.The decking area has stone and grass, good for night time visits for dogs. The field is fenced to about chest height. We have never had a dog escape for over 18 years so rest assured your dogs or dog will be safe.
We welcome reactive dogs and XL bullies as the holiday home is totally detached and very private. Perfect if your dog likes to bark too.
Can my dog sleep on the bed and go on the sofas?
Your more than welcome to let your dog sleep on the bed provided you bring your own bedding.
Dogs are welcome to sit on sofas as long as you use the covers provided.
What is in the Barn on arrival?
On arrival there will be toilet roll in the bathroom, washing up sponge tea towels and cleaning materials.
There will be towels in the bathroom with hand soap.
There will be tea, coffee, sugar and a few little treats to get your holiday off to a good start. Don’t forget you can pre-order Breakfast Box, homemade cake, natural dog treat box too !
As this is a self-catering holiday home, if you require more of these items, they will be need to be replenished by you throughout your stay.
The linen and towels are included in your rental and the beds will be made.
How do we access the keys ?
There is a key safe on the fence outside of the barn and the code will be emailed to you on confirmation of your booking.
What Deposits is payable?
There is a 20% deposit required at the time of booking with the balance payable 60 days before arrival.
Weekly and Monthly payments are also accepted to help you afford your stay.
Are electricity and heating costs included or are they extra?
All utility bills have been calculated as part of your stay so there are no extra costs or hidden surcharges
Is Broadband Available?
Yes there is free internet and wi-Fi during your stay along with smart TV with streaming services available.
What happens if I need assistance during my stay ?
We are just a text away, just send a message and we will assist you in anyway we can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Is there parking ?
There is parking for two cars on the driveway.
How far is the nearest beach?
The closest beach is Snettisham only 25 minutes by car, There is also Heacham Beach and Hunstanton all brilliant beaches.
Other charges
All bookings must pay a £20 booking fee on all stays.
Pets stay for free.
